3. Purpose of processing personal data
The personal data stored in Feel Lapland customer registers is used for managing customer relationships, providing information about services, marketing purposes, developing and planning the company’s services and other operations, and for similar purposes.

Right of access
The data subject may review the personal data we have stored about them.
Right to rectification
The data subject may request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data concerning them.
Right to object
The data subject may object to the processing of personal data if they believe that the data has been processed unlawfully.
Right to prohibit direct marketing
The data subject has the right to prohibit the use of their data for direct marketing.
Right to erasure
The data subject has the right to request the deletion of their data if the processing of the data is no longer necessary. We will process the deletion request, after which we will either delete the data or provide a justified reason why the data cannot be deleted.
Please note that the controller may have a statutory or other right not to delete the requested data. The controller is obliged to retain accounting material for the period defined in the Finnish Accounting Act, Chapter 2, Section 10, which is 10 years. For this reason, material related to accounting cannot be deleted before the expiry of this period.
Withdrawal of consent
If the processing of personal data concerning the data subject is based solely on consent, and not, for example, on a customer relationship or membership, the data subject may withdraw their consent.
The data subject may appeal a decision to the Data Protection Ombudsman.
The data subject has the right to request that we restrict the processing of disputed data until the matter has been resolved.
Right to lodge a complaint
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Ombudsman if they believe that we are violating applicable data protection legislation when processing personal data.

6. Regular sources of data
Personal data is collected from the customer themselves when the customer relationship is established, as well as from the controller’s systems through online forms used in connection with the services. In addition, data is updated from official sources or from other service providers in order to ensure that the information remains up to date.
7. Regular disclosures of data
As a rule, data is not disclosed for marketing purposes outside Company Ltd. and its member businesses.
8. Duration of processing
Personal data is generally processed for as long as the customer relationship remains valid. The data subject can unsubscribe from our marketing list using the link included in each marketing email we send, or by sending a message to: esimerkkimiest@esimerkki.fi
9. Processors of personal data
The controller and its employees process personal data. We may also partially outsource the processing of personal data to a third party. In such cases, we ensure through contractual arrangements that personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and otherwise appropriately.
10. Transfer of data outside the EU
Personal data is not transferred outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.
11. Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not use the data for automated decision-making or profiling.
